Before Your Visit

Before your visit, kindly review the following policies and information to reduce any confusion and address potential questions.

Booking

All appointments require a credit card for the reservation of your treatment. Rest assured, you will not be charged until the end of your treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for, at least, 48 hours notice.

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 6 hours notice may incur a 50% service fee

  • No-shows will be charge the full service amount

This ensures we can offer your appointment time to another guest who may be waiting​

Location & Parking

We are located inside The Hilo Lagoon Center, suite #241

​

2 hour Guest Parking is located under the solar awning located on the left side as you turn in and 1 hour Guest Parking is located along the upper lobby area.

  • If you park under the solar awning, a freight elevator is located on the bottom right side of the building that will take you directly to the 2nd floor.

  • If you park along the upper lobby area, we are located past the lobby and to the right hallway.
